How it works

New hire is set up by the Office Manager / Shop Production Manager and assigned a role.

Stealy (MC's AI guide) walks them through each module by voice + text — explains, shows a short video/the policy, then asks a couple of check questions and adapts.

Each module ends with a digital acknowledgment + e-signature — written back to the person's MCP record. Replaces the paper sign-off on every current policy.

Progress is tracked; the manager sees a completion dashboard. No more chasing signed PDFs.

Build phases

Open decisions before full build: confirm the Core Values, get the real P4P numbers, attorney review of the Discipline & Drug/Alcohol drafts, decide Stealy's voice/persona, and confirm with Winston where completion writes in the MCP people record (the table already has an offboarding_checklist field — an onboarding one would mirror it).
